Sometimes you’ll lead a project; sometimes you’ll step in as interim S&OP or Planning Lead at the client. Always, you’ll deliver impact. You will shape the direction of S&OP / IBP for major organizations, designing roadmaps, leading implementations, and coaching teams. You are also a mentor to junior colleagues and a contributor to our internal growth as we scale our capability, methods, and partnerships.

‍In this role, you will:‍

  • Take on interim positions at clients (e.g., S&OP Manager, IBP Lead) during transitions, scale-up phases, or reorganizations.
  • Design and implement robust S&OP / IBP processes and governance structures from scratch.
  • Define transformation roadmaps with clear milestones, ownership, and KPIs.
  • Support tool selection and digital enablement.
  • Engage with stakeholders across functions and levels, from operational planners to board-level sponsors.
  • Train and coach client teams to build lasting internal capability.
  • Contribute to internal capability development and thought leadership within Quicksilver.

  • Proven experience with S&OP or IBP implementations or redesigns across functions.
  • Ability to step into leadership roles within client environments (e.g., interim S&OP/Planning Manager).

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, from shop floor to C-suite
